We incorporate an improved solar drying system within the value chain. We produce naturally preserved nutritious fruit and vegetables, ready to eat, easy to transport, with an improved shelf life. To achieve this, we partner with farmers who sell fruits and vegetables to us before they get wasted. We work with 5 youths to prepare, dry, pack, and distribute our products to different outlets like supermarkets who finally sell to our final consumer.
