There are currently 109 team key members across all 20 existing SINA Communities and we have a “SINA Global Team” of nine members from different SINA Communities.
From the moment beneficiaries (“Scholars”) enter a SINA Community, they take on real roles to run and own the community. These are not symbolic duties or unpaid internships. Rather, each scholar creates their own curriculum by choosing and growing through these responsibilities, based on the future they envision for themselves. They gain the needed leadership, entrepreneurial, and technical skills needed to achieve their set visions. Therefore they also become Team members.
