Report a Concern (Anonymous)

Use this channel to report misconduct, safeguarding concerns, abuse of power, or financial wrongdoing connected to SINA. Reports can be submitted anonymously and are reviewed confidentially by our Safeguarding Role.

If someone is in immediate danger or needs urgent medical help, contact local emergency services first. Then submit a report here.

Examples of what you should report:
– A trainer/facilitator starts sexual or romantic advances toward a scholar, asks for private meetings, sends late-night messages, or creates pressure because of their role.
– Someone organizes a training and then requests a “commission,” “appreciation,” or a percentage of the hosting funds, or asks that part of the budget be paid to them personally.
– Funds/items intended for SINA activities are handled in a way that is not transparent (for example: unclear receipts, missing balances, inflated costs, or “leftover” money not returned as agreed).

Anonymity tips
For maximum anonymity: do not sign in, and consider using a private/incognito browser window. Share only what you feel safe to share. You do not need proof to submit a report.

What happens next:
Reports are documented, risk-assessed, and handled on a need-to-know basis. Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern is not acceptable.

Optional: Non-anonymous contact (only if you want it)
If you prefer not to report anonymously, you can contact: safeguarding@socialinnovationacademy.org
