As the 2022 winner of the Modern Work Award, we love to extend our congratulations to all the winners of this year’s award. The ceremony, held in South Africa, was a vibrant celebration of innovation and forward-thinking in the workplace.
The Modern Work Award, now in its third year, showcases the incredible efforts of both small and large corporations worldwide in embracing and innovating new ways of working. The diverse and global jury, including members from Uruguay, Chile, Brazil, India, Ghana, the USA, Australia, and Germany, brought a wealth of experience and insight to the award.
The award categories – Modern Work Explorer, Performer, and Shaper – beautifully encapsulated the journey of adopting modern work practices. It was inspiring to see companies from Germany, Uganda, the USA, Switzerland, Chile, Argentina, the UK, Turkey, Brazil, and South Africa, showcasing their innovative approaches to modern work.
As last year’s winner, SINA has continued to make strides in our mission. We support young people in Africa, helping them transform challenges into opportunities through social entrepreneurship. Our model has been replicated further and we were able to share a brief glimpse in this years award ceremony:
