Become a Changemaker-maker this Giving Tuesday (Nov 28) by Sponsoring a SINA Scholar

Enable disadvantaged youths to be the change they want to see in the world.
The life you change might be your own!

Our transformational and purpose-driven approach shifts the youth from passive aid recipients to active drivers of their own futures, leading to a prosperous and regenerative future for themselves and their communities. It costs 42 USD to sponsor one youth/ 500 USD per year. Our goal is to have 40 scholars sponsored in each of our 12 SINA communities, so a total of 500 changemakers for 2024, who will unleash their potentials within one year and become the change they want to see as enabled social entrepreneurs.

FAQ

Can I sponsor a youth from a specific SINA Community?
Yes, in this case please use our donation page and enter into the “Purpose” the name of the SINA Community you wish to sponsor a youth in, which makes the donation purpose bound to this SINA.

Can I get to know the person I am sponsoring?
Yes. After the start of the program (typically in January, June and September) when the scholar(s) have started unleashing their potentials, we will provide you with their name, a small introductory video and progress over time. We would not advise direct contact at first but after some months, this can be very fruitful and zoom conversations or visits on the ground are possible.

Is my donation tax deductible?
Your donation is tax deductible in Germany via GLS Bank, in the USA via every.org, in Canada via KBF and Austria via Crossing Borders with a bank transfer and the purpose “SINA”.
