We are very excited that three SINA team members have yesterday been internationally certified as coaches through Erickson International in the world-renowned program “The Art & Science of Coaching™”. They are part of the first group of Ugandans to achieve this.
Coaching is a creative tool that SINA has been using since 2014 with our scholars to design and implement specific, meaningful changes in the scholar’s lives, both personal and professional. We have seen marvelous transformations in individuals. Life-Coaching is a key component of the SINA Model and with the international certification, we are raising the standards, while sharing the learning and skills in all SINA Communities.
