Infants Health Foundation was born in SINA in 2018 and improves the access to healthcare for low-income mothers and children in remote communities in Uganda by offering free, high-quality mobile clinics and capacity-building for healthcare workers.
We are excited to see the co-founder Sylivia Kyomuhendo winning the 2024 Echoing Green Fellowship. Sylivia stood out among over 2.100 applicants from around the world and join the 2024 cohort of 44 Fellows. In 2023, another SINA alumni, Rebecca Aime also won the fellowship.
Each Fellow receives $80,000 unrestricted funding and 18-month of multi-faceted support for increased capacity, community and scaling of impact. Fellows also join a lifelong community of innovative thinkers, strategic partners, and peers.
Find out more about Sylvia and her life-changing work from her recent presentation giving a testimony to SINA, where her journey began:
“If we all can go through SINA, we can make Uganda a better place to be and the world at large.”
