I’m resilient and determined.
My life slogan is “Lazima Nipate,” which in Swahili means “I must get”. When I was 14 years old, my family was forced to flee to Uganda due to the unstable situation in my home country, DRC. I grew up in a refugee camp and slums of Kampala. My family and I faced many challenges, living below the poverty line.
SINA holds a special place in my life. I developed a holistic mindset. I especially remember a session about the paradigm shift, which turned my life around. I learned that I can view life from different angles and make the best out of my situation. I developed a passion for life-coaching and mentoring while at SINA.
