The Impact Week at the main and first SINA Community “Jangu International” in Uganda has concluded successfully, bringing together a dynamic and diverse group of SINA members and international participants from e.g. the Lufthansa Group or SAP. Over the course of the event, 24 newly trained junior coaches guided the 77 participants from various SINA Communities in a Design Thinking sprint to deeply understand various challenges came together to co-create, innovate, and drive social impact.
The week was a deep dive into problem-solving through human-centered design, equipping participants with the skills to develop innovative solutions to real-world challenges. In line with SINA’s unique “freesponsible” approach, the participants were empowered to take ownership of their learning and apply their newfound skills immediately. Collaboration across different SINA communities added a rich diversity of perspectives and meaningful connections.
