SINA (Social Innovation Academy) invites innovative minds to submit proposals for a transformative Personal Development Learning Plan supported by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). This project aims to significantly enhance the educational journey of disadvantaged and marginalized youth in Uganda, focusing on ‘Purpose Discovery.’ We’re seeking proposals for a dynamic, one-week curriculum that will guide participants aged 15 to 29 through self-discovery, enabling them to identify and align with their unique purposes and deeply understand their core values through a rich blend of experience-based learning activities.
The ideal proposal will detail a research-backed, adaptable curriculum that caters to diverse learning styles and includes comprehensive facilitator training, support materials, and practical evaluation tools.
Proposals should be sent to info@socialinnovationacademy.org. While global submissions are welcome, priority will be given to those from Uganda, East Africa, and Africa.
